Community Formation Pastor (Full Time)
The Community Formation Pastor will be a gifted leader and relator who will shepherd adults within the church into authentic community and ongoing spiritual growth. This pastor will be people-focused, understanding that programs and processes are tools that serve the greater goal of loving, serving, and equipping God’s people.

Kids Coordinator (Part Time)
The Kids Coordinator will collaboratively lead programs, facilitate processes, and care for people involved in our ministry for kids birth - 5th grade. By supporting the Westgate Kids Directors with the daily needs of kids ministry, this position is designed to increase the overall capacity and effectiveness of Westgate Kids. Our ultimate goal is to help kids know and follow Jesus!
